Doterra Oils- Brooke’s Brand Photos
If you’ve been around for a minute, you know that Branding Sessions are near and dear to my heart. Maybe it’s my marketing background, or maybe it’s the fact that I get to create content that helps small businesses and entrepreneurs bring their brand personalities to life! That is an exciting thing! Since each brand is so different, they have different needs when it comes to content creation!
Enter Brooke. She’s a badass lawyer mama, who has climbed the ladder all while running her successful Doterra Essential Oils business. Oh, and she blogs about it all. Seriously?! Where does she find the time?! When she reached out, she explained that she wanted images that would bring consistency and a sense of professionalism to her blog and social media. Little did she know that’s exactly what my branding sessions are for!
We talked about what she was already doing, as well as what was working and where she had room for growth. Together, we decided that she has plenty of beautiful images of the oils themselves, so rather than focus on product photography, we would spend most of the session focusing on capturing beautiful lifestyle images that reflect the brand.
Her family is a huge part of her life and brand and she wanted to incorporate that into the session. This was perfect because she had been wanting to talk more about the kids’ line of Doterra oils on her social media, so we got some adorable images of her kids using the oils!
It was all smiles during Brooke's branding session. She told me she was nervous/awkward in front of the camera- something I hear quite often. I said "Girl! I got you!". As an Orange County brand photographer, my job is to make people feel comfortable and look their best in front of the camera. And doesn't she look flawless?
